License and access

A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to the courses, simulators, and PDFs in your order. Sharing access or distributing PDFs outside DBCloud Academy is not allowed.

Refund policy

Digital products are refundable within the window specified at checkout, before significant usage of simulator attempts or PDF downloads. Contact support to start a refund request.

Independence

DBCloud Academy is an independent training platform and is not affiliated with AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Google Cloud, Databricks, or any other certification body referenced on the site.
